# Noragentic

> Noragentic is a Norwegian AI company based in the Research Park in Borre. We help businesses automate processes and adopt artificial intelligence — measurable, concrete and safe to run in production. We build automations and agents that actually run, not demos.

## Pricing

Price depends on scope, complexity and how many integrations are involved — we rarely have two identical projects. After a discovery call we send a concrete proposal scaled to the work.

## How we work

Standard framework, from first call to a pilot in production:

1. **Discovery**: Workshop with the customer's team. We identify 2–3 processes where AI clearly adds value. Deliverable: a prioritised backlog.
2. **Prototype**: A working prototype against a real dataset. Runnable code, not slides.
3. **Pilot**: The solution goes into production for a limited group, with logging and human-in-the-loop where the risk is high. We measure actual outcomes.
4. **Scale**: Based on the pilot we expand the scope. We run it onward or hand over in cooperation with the customer's team — decided once we know what fits.

## Principles

1. **Production before demos** — We build for systems that deliver for six months, not for demos.
2. **Measurable from day one** — Every project has a concrete business goal we measure against, not a model score.
3. **No middlemen** — You talk to the people who actually build. No key-account layers, no offshoring.
4. **Traceable from day one** — Every decision made is logged. The customer can see what was done, when and why — and always override.

## Data and privacy

- Data is processed in the EU, in line with GDPR.
- We never train models on customer data.
- Only vendors with clear data processing agreements.
- Specific data processing terms are agreed in the contract.
- Every agent has an audit log, confidence thresholds and human-in-the-loop where the risk is high.
